After giving birth I gained a ton of weight because of stress eating. My appetite was out of control and my sleep was terrible. I never liked to do physical activity and I knew I needed someone to push me and to check on my diet. I also suffer from hypothyroid and weight loss was always a problem for me. Davide was fantastic, we met every week online and he asked me to send him picture of what I was eating EVERY DAY.
